2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping for orders over $50
  • Orders under $50: Flat rate based on location and weight
  • Expedited & international shipping: Calculated at checkout or based on quote

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment using this number anytime. If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of your order, please contact us.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues or weather disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, etc.)

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

8. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.


9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after shipment.
